Express Design Terms of Service

By submitting your order and making payment, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply specifically to the Express Website Design service provided by Ervins Puksts Studio Limited.

1. Service Overview

The Express Website Design service includes:

• Up to 5 professionally designed pages
• Delivered within 10 calendar days from when all required content and materials are received
• Mobile and tablet optimised
• Basic SEO setup (titles, structure, Google indexing ready)
• Built on Duda CMS
• You receive full admin access and ownership upon completion

2. Payment Terms

• The full service cost is £675, paid upfront via Stripe or supported payment providers (Klarna, Clearpay, etc.)
• This is a non-refundable, one-time payment
• The price covers only what is listed above — any additional work falls outside of this scope

3. Ongoing Hosting & Support

• After delivery, your site is hosted on our professional Duda CMS platform
• To keep your website live and editable, a monthly hosting and support fee of £18.99 will apply
• This includes:
• Secure hosting
• Ongoing full access to your site
• Light monthly support (minor edits, fixes, guidance)
• You will receive a separate email to activate the monthly plan near your site’s delivery date

4. No Revisions Policy

This is a fixed-scope, no-revisions service.

• You will receive the completed design based on the information you submit via the onboarding form
• There are no feedback rounds, design iterations, or revisions included in this service
• If additional work or revisions are required, they may be quoted separately or directed to our bespoke design service

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver on time, we require you to:

• Complete the onboarding form in full
• Provide all required content (logos, images, page info, etc.)
• Respond promptly to any clarifications if needed

If content is delayed or incomplete, your 10-day timeline may be paused.

6. Ownership & Rights

• Upon delivery and full payment, you retain full rights to the final website.
• You will receive full admin access to your Duda CMS website, allowing you to edit, update and manage it at your discretion.
• We reserve the right to reuse templates, layouts, or design ideas created during your project for other future clients or internal use.
• Unless you specifically request otherwise in writing, we may display your website in our portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials.
• A small credit (“Designed by Ervins Puksts Studio”) may be added to the website footer by default. You may request to have it removed.

7. Content Responsibility & Reuse

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and relevance of all content displayed on your website (e.g. text, images, legal disclaimers, privacy policies).
• We do not accept any liability for inaccurate or incomplete information once the site is published.
• If you need help updating or checking your content, you’re welcome to request additional support from us at any time — we offer content help and legal page setup as add-ons or discounted follow-up work.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• This is a design and delivery service only. We do not guarantee specific business results, sales, or search engine rankings.
• We are not responsible for any business loss, downtime, or opportunity cost resulting from the use, misuse, or lack of updates to your website after delivery.
• You are responsible for maintaining and operating the website once it's handed over, unless you enter into a separate support or maintenance agreement with us.
